The State of Ohio and 91¿´Æ¬Íø University Office of the University Architect have moved to an online bidding website service through Bid Express. You will need a login and an account. From there, you can review drawings online, place your bid and find the bid tabs. Hardcopies of drawings can still be obtained from ARC blueprint in Cleveland and notices are still posted with public announcement in the local newspaper.
