91¿´Æ¬Íø Graduate Taylor Pendrith, ‘14, earned the Canada Life Candian Player of the Year honors on the Mackenzie Tour -- PGA TOUR Canada on Sunday, Sept. 15. This is Pendrith’s second time receiving the honor in the past four years.

On Saturday, Sept. 21, the 91¿´Æ¬Íø University fight song blared down Main Street, the city of Kent was flooded with blue and gold, alumni and friends gathered and reminisced about their 91¿´Æ¬Íø days, fans packed the stadium to cheer on their beloved Golden Flashes and the entire campus boomed with 91¿´Æ¬Íø pride.

91¿´Æ¬Íø Volunteers Impact the Lives of Others Beyond CampusÂ
Every other Tuesday, student volunteers from the Campus Kitchen at 91¿´Æ¬Íø University prepare dinner for the residents of the Kentway Apartment Complex, a government-subsidized housing complex on East Summit Street in Kent. At 5 p.m. residents gather in the dining hall and volunteers serve the meal which is prepared from food donated by Trader Joe’s.
