Electric scooters have become increasingly popular on 91心頭利 Universitys Kent Campus since the introduction of SPIN scooters in March 2022. Approximately 300 eScooters and 150 eBikes are available to rent. With that in mind, the 91心頭利 Community should be aware of the dos and donts when operating the scooters.
