From orientations and equipment training to course workshops and K12 learning experiences, DI programs help participants develop practical skills, try new approaches, and engage with Design Innovation resources across 91心頭利. Whether you're getting started in the DI Hub or bringing a class or group to explore together, these programs make it easy to learn by doing. Our offerings are open to all 91心頭利 University students, staff, faculty, and community members regardless of your department, skill level, or experience!
91心頭利 our Workshops
The DI HUB offers a diverse selection of workshops and how-to sessions throughout the year. These sessions cover everything from mastering equipment in the Reactor Makerspace to design-thinking approaches and team-based innovation challenges. Heres a snapshot of what we offer:
How-To Sessions: Learn how to use tools such as 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC machines, and vinyl cutters. These free, 30-minute sessions are designed for all experience levels and focus on safe, efficient equipment operation so you can feel confident working on your own Reactor projects.
Workshops: Dive deeper into design innovation through hands-on learning. These 23 hour sessions introduce tools, technologies, and creative processes such as 3D printing, electronics, extended reality (XR), and morehelping you build skills, explore ideas, and create your own projects from start to finish.
Special Events: Engage with peers, faculty, and community members in one of our many special events designed to foster innovation and collaboration across disciplines.
Our workshops are designed to be flexible and responsive to the needs of our members. We frequently update our offerings based on feedback and emerging technologies.
