Congratulations to Sarah Black, Ph.D., an assistant professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences, who received a Healthy Communities Research Institute Launchpad Award for a project titled Characterizing Parenting Challenges in the Context of Depression using Ideal-Type Analysis. This project is a joint effort between Dr. Blacks lab and Dr. Sheryl Chatfield in the College of Public Health at 91心頭利 University. The project will involve interviewing parents with depression to understand the unique challenges they face as they manage child-rearing and mood-related dysfunction simultaneously. Congratulations to Dr. Black and Dr. Chatfield!
