Other Memories

Ron Britt, ’68

My favorite memories are the amazing entertainment. We had the pleasure of seeing so many talented performers during Homecoming, including Johnny Carson, Bob Hope, Johnny Mathis, Steve and Edie Gorme and Dionne Warwick.

I generate strategic, creative content for 91¿´Æ¬Íø Today and the university's marketing communications. My background is in advertising copywriting and marketing strategy coming from years of working in Cleveland-based advertising agencies for clients in consumer, B2B and industrial categories.

April McClellan-Copeland

I joined 91¿´Æ¬Íø on the first day of classes in 2017 after serving eight years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where I was known as the Chief Storyteller in the Community Relations Department. I began working at the Fed after a 25-year career as a newspaper reporter, 14 of which I spent at The Plain Dealer, where I covered government, schools, social services and minority affairs, among many other topics. I've also worked at newspapers in Kansas City, Belleville, Illinois, and Arlington Texas.
