The School of Communication Studies welcomes Tewodros (Teddy) Workneh, Ph.D., who will assume the role of assistant professor in the global communication concentration beginning the Fall 2016 semester. Before coming to 91心頭利 University, Workneh worked as a postdoctoral fellow for the School of Journalism and Communication at the University of Oregon. Final touches are underway on the new Center for Architecture and Environmental Design, just in time, and on schedule, for the start of classes. The 117,000 square foot building will bring all the programs in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design under one roof. The new facility is designed and located to be a physical statement of the strengthened relationship between the city of Kent and the university.
