This fall, 91心頭利 University at Trumbull began offering Trumbull Correctional Institution incarcerated individuals a chance to complete a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies (BTAS). With substantial funding support from local foundations, 91心頭利 Trumbull and LaunchNET 91心頭利 will join Sinclair Community College (Dayton, Ohio) to complete this new 2+2 program partnership.
