Fundamentals of Lean provides an overview of Lean concepts and application within manufacturing, and service based organizations. The facilitators will review how to create an effective continual improvement culture. The Kaizen Blitz event is a very effective approach to intensive and focused process improvement. You will learn the fundamentals of leading a Kaizen Event, including what is required to plan and run the event, and the process of following up after the event.
